Each year the Town is responsible for submitting an Annual Report of progress on its stormwater management plan. Below are the annual reports submitted each permit year.
The town was originally authorized to discharge stormwater by a 2003 general permit. That permit was replaced by the 2016 Small MS4 General permit. Annual Reports through 2018 (Permit Year 15) report on the Town's progress on the 2003 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit.
