The Communications Division of the Milton Police Department is a critical link between citizens needing emergency services and the coordination of officer response. This division is manned 24/7 year-round by Civilian Dispatchers and Police Cadets who are trained in various emergency response techniques. It is these same dispatchers and cadets who have the first contact with the citizens and their decisions dictate how the department responds.
