Stormwater Fee Advisory Committee Charge, Appointed by the Board of Selectmen - August 14, 2017.
The Stormwater Fee Advisory Committee shall analyze the current four-tier Stormwater Fee to identify the successes and resident identified inefficiencies of the first year of the Fee's implementation and recommend changes, if any.
To achieve this goal, the Committee will:
- Analyze the current four-tier system to determine if the assigned rates are appropriate or, if a larger tier system would be better suited for the Fee
- Engage with residents to determine if the current tier system is fair and equitable
- Advise the Board of Selectmen of its findings so the Board may determine if an alternative billing schedule should be implemented
